A new home deserves art that lasts
Housewarming presents usually get replaced within a year. Ours don't. Every piece is printed direct to premium aluminium composite — no glass to break, no frame to warp — and arrives ready to hang in three formats and a range of sizes.
Robin Books
Harland Miller–inspired Penguin book cover prints — palette-knife paintings printed direct to aluminium composite. The idea for Robin Books came out of a period I spent printing for Harland Miller — I got to know his Penguin book cover paintings well, loved the dark humour behind them, and wanted to make something of my own in that spirit rather than another copy. Where Harland works in watercolour, Robin Books is built up in heavy impasto with a palette knife, paint drips and splatter, so every piece has its own texture and edge. Forty-eight paintings drawn from a life lived sideways — dark humour, hard-won wisdom and the kind of oxymorons you only earn the long way round. Robin Books works in a palette-knife style with saturated colour and inspired titles: bitter-sweet tragic euphoria, the importance of learning absolutely nothing, the ten best paddles for shit creek. Half pep-talk, half punchline, each piece is a small celebration of the absurd — printed direct to aluminium composite sheets, ready to hang in any room that could do with a slightly braver wall.

Oblivious in Cornwall
Cornish art prints — palette-knife Cornwall paintings with African animals woven through, a tribute to my late mother, who was born and grew up in Nakuru, Nairobi before our family came back to Cornwall in the 1970s. The paintings hold that place somewhere between the light of East Africa and the pale plaster skies of home. Built up with palette-knife paint, loose splatter and running drips in quiet, muted tones — printed direct to aluminium composite.

Beaks in Bleak Winter
Cornish art prints of winter garden birds — palette-knife bird paintings printed direct to aluminium composite. Beaks — nature's little feathered masterpieces, their vibrant colours standing out against the bleak and crisp colours of Cornwall's winter months. Beautiful birds, yet so territorial they will fight to the death. Painted in a palette-knife style with drips and splatters.
